I moved into a new hosue a month ago (same district of Budapest), just about to explore the surrounding area. Right at the edge of my district I found rich birdlife to ym great surprise and joy. Qauil, Red-backed Shrikes, Corn Buntings, Marsh Harriers, Yellow Wagtails, Hoopoe, Stone and Whinchats, Tawny Pipit, etc. Skethed this singing Whitethroat this morning:

I've received 20 bird illustrations back from the publisher. All are painted with watercolours, and are for sale for 58 EUR (which I reduced by 40 % till the end of the summer).

The birds: Bramling, Marsh Tit, Firecrest, Willow Warbler, Hawfinch, Whitethroat, Long-tailed Tit, Lesser Spotted Woodpecker, Ring-necked Parakeet, Redwing, Stock Dove, Fieldfare, Feral Pigeon, Dunnock, Italian Sparrow, Hooded Crow, Kingfisher, Goldcrest, Greenfinch, Pied Flycatcher.
